ABOUT THE PROJECT
This design was created as part of the FIT x The RealReal Upcycled Competition, where I was honored with first prize. Crafted entirely from previously unwearable garments, the piece transforms fashion waste into a new, wearable narrative through innovative upcycling. Inspired by the sculptural fluidity and artistic sensibility of sculpture artist Diana Orving, the garment embodies movement and emotion. As featured in FIT’s official article, the competition championed sustainable design and circular fashion. The winning look was sold on The RealReal, merging creativity with conscious consumerism.
